<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span>- Lave para depois cozer as batatas com pele em água fervente durante pelo menos 15 minutos. Deixe arrefecer e depois pele as batatas, cortando-as em pequenos cubos.<br />
- Disponha então numa panela com um pouco de azeite no fundo, as batatas e adicione as ervilhas também. Coloque-as em lume brando<br />
- Acrescente então os cominhos, a assafétida, o caril, o pó de coentros, o garam masala, bem como o sal. Envolva bem, mas atenção para as batatas não se desfazerem.<br />
- Finalmente pique os coentros, rale o gengibre sem casca e adicione a malagueta.<br />
- Havendo soluções que tornem a cozinha algo mais simples opto sempre por essas. Por isso mesmo, escolho a massa que já vem estendida.<br />
- Corte a massa num formato trapezoidal. Coloque uam colher das de sopa sobre uma das pontas e então vão dobrando a chamuça várias veres sobre ela própria até obter um triângulo.<br />
- Crie então uma mistura da farinha com água morna e reserve. Molhe os dedos e unte a ultima camada de massa entre elas.<br />
- Pode fritar em óleo, ou como eu prefiro: colocar num tabuleiro e pincelar levemente com óleo de côco, ficando mais saudável e igualmente excelente.<br />

- Retire o talo do cogumelo e regue com um nadinha de azeite e sal e coloque num tabuleiro de ir ao forno. Disponha também algum azeite por baixo do cogumelo para se certificar de que não cola durante o processo de cozedura;<br />
- Usualmente um cogumelo é suficiente por pessoa mas fica ao critério;<br />
- Leve ao forno a 180º e deixe assar durante 10/12 minutos;<br />
- Entretanto corte o tomate em cubinhos, temperando-o com azeite, sal e manjericão. Se quiser também poderá utilizar um pouco do pesto.<br />
- Quando vir que os cogumelos estão cozinhados (pode querer deixar um pouco mais), unte a parte de cima com o pesto, deixando-os assar por mais uns minutos.<br />
- Disponha então o tomate partido e a mozarella.<br />

Os cogumelos são fontes de proteínas por excelência. Acompanhe-os como entrada ou em alternativa, com uma salada e arroz.</div>

As saladas que como são por regra muito compostas. Por exemplo nesta da imagem utilizei alface frisada, cenoura e beterraba raspadas, grão de bico, cebola picadinha, nozes e cebolinho,mas enfim, neste quesito a imaginação é o limite. As minhas saladas têm sempre ervas aromáticas e frutos secos.<br />

<span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: xx-small;">- Paralelamente, estenda a massa com o rolo procurando estender o máximo que conseguir. Deverá cobrir um tabuleiro de forno. Disponha então a massa nesse tabuleiro e leve ao forno durante uns 10/12 minutos até ficar como se fosse uma bolacha.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: xx-small;">- É usual a massa desprender-se do tabuleiro. Atenção não coloque gordura no tabuleiro apenas um pouco de farinha se a massa que estendeu ficar demasiado pegajosa.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: xx-small;">- Termine então o molho de tomate enquanto a massa coze. adicionando a polpa e retificando os temperos.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: xx-small;">-assim que a massa estiver cozida disponha o molho de tomate sobre ela e depois os brócolos lavados e secos. Leve ao forno por mais 10 minutos ou até a massa ficar dourada. Pode acrescentar queijo como a imagem mostra ou em alternativa fazer a ver~sao sem queijo que eu pessoalmente recomendo.</span><br />

- Faça então os cortes, o primeiro de todos é o tronco da árvore. Retire as aparas. Faça os demais cortes que irão permitir o entrançar da nossa árvore.<br />

- Deixe refogar uns 10/15 minutos. Mantenha presente que os vegetais não precisam de cozer muito.<br />
- Passe então à montagem das árvores de natal: cooque no centro das mesmas o recheio (mantenha doses mais ou menos comedidas sob pena de vir tudo por fora.<br />
- Comece pelo topo e vá entrançando os ramos da árvore.<br />
- No final pincele com azeite, se misturar um pouco de açafrão conseguirá uma coloração amarelinha.<br />

sovando. Quando estiver misturada e homogênea, coloque numa forma e coloque para assar em forno médio.</div>

- Paralelamente faça um molho de tomate com tomate e cebola. </div>

- Deixe refogar bem. Adicione 1 lata
de palmitos bem macios picados, depois umas 3 colheres de sopa de
azeitonas e tempere a gosto. </div>

- Coloque manjericão, azeite
com malagueta e mais uns temperinhos.
- Num copo, dissolva 2 colheres de farinha
de trigo em água fria e vá jogando na frigideira com o molho e mexendo
bem rápido. Daí apague o fogo.<br />
- Assim que a massa estiver assada, tire do forno, jogue o recheio em cima e leve ao forno para dar mais uma assada.<br />
